Business Development Executive
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to acquire new clients for our staffing & recruitment services. The role involves lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals with Hiring Manager across industries specializing in the Automotive, Industrial IoT and Automation, Healthcare, and Consumer Electronics sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, job portals, cold calling & email campaigns.
- Acquire new clients for permanent hiring, contract staffing, staff augmentation.
- Build strong relationships with HR & Procurement managers.
- Negotiate commercials and close client agreements.
- Meet monthly/quarterly client acquisition & revenue targets.
Required Experience- 1-4 Years
Location- Noida
Qualification- BBA/MBA (Preferred)

- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Knowledge of staffing/recruitment industry & hiring models.
